Implant-supported bridge
Care for an implant-supported bridge
An implant-supported bridge means that several teeth are replaced with a bridge, anchored to implants.
All areas, both bridge and implants, must be brushed properly, which makes this type of implant more difficult to clean.
There are special brushes that allow better access from the tongue side as well as the cheek side of the implant surfaces.

TePe Implant Care™
The neck is angled, which makes it easier to clean the implant abutments from the tongue side. The slim brush head reaches even very narrow areas. Soft, end-rounded filaments ensure a gentle clean.

TePe Implant Brush
This two-row, soft filament brush has an extra narrow brush head and a long, thin neck, which makes it easy to clean the cheek side of the implant surfaces.

TePe Compact Tuft™
An angled brush with a compact, rounded tuft and short, extra soft filaments. The small and flexible tuft and the angled neck allow easy access to difficult to reach areas.

TePe Interspace™
This is an angled brush with a pointed tuft, which improves access to difficult to reach areas. The interchangeable brush-tip can be attached to either side of the handle for different angles.

TePe Interdental Brushes
An interdental brush efficiently cleans the sides of the implants. TePe's interdental brushes are available in several colour coded sizes, all with plastic coated wire for gentle and safe cleaning. You may need more than one size – let your dentist/hygienist help you find the correct one(s).

- The unique angle makes it easier to reach the implant from the tongue side.

- TePe Implant Brush is used for cleaning from the cheek side.

- The Compact Tuft brush is useful when cleaning your implants from the cheek side, but can also be used from the tongue side.

- The Interspace brush reaches the area where implant and gum meet and can be used from the cheek side, but also from the tongue side.

- Insert gently; never force the brush into a space. Move the brush back and forth a few times close to each implant.
